Upon my Master degree in teaching ,plus a ten years teaching experience,Ihave built a deverse teaching methods which can be used upon the learner's knowledge ,profile, and age .I always study the needs of the learners and build the suitable teaching method for them ,and discuss the goals of my strategies with them because I do believe in sharing objectives and ideas with the learners. I teach the language in a functional form to make the learners achieve their goals easily . |

Actually, I don't think I can talk about one teaching approach, I generally use new methods with every student. One common point though, I try "to get the student involved in the language learning". Courses are customized to meet the students skills and expectations. To reach the best results cooperation of the student is a must. Regarding Arabic courses and discussion sessions (MSA or Colloquial), students can be either English or French speaking, I have no preference, and most of all the method used is based mainly on the use of Arabic. |

I always tend to use eclectic method in my classes because I believe that all the language approaches and methods have their weaknesses and strengths. I do believe that one of the points that make my classes unique is that I survey my students about their interests and preferences at the very beginning so that I can tailor my lesson plans and teaching practices to meet their needs. |

Live a new language!
We here at Context Nederlands believe a new language is more than just another means of communication. For us, it also means new people, new places, new sounds and new colours. In fact, that's where we'd start if you were a student of ours - by showing you those new colours and telling you their names, by letting you hear the new sounds while helping you with their meaning, by taking you places and introducing you to people that are fluent in the language you're learning. |

Grammar is essential in learning a new language. To teach grammar in an easy way I use metaphores and comparisons with the language of the learner. |

I adopt the communicative teaching approach. It is flexible and it helps learners acquire the target language easily. The first step most learners find difficult is uttering the first words, the communucative approach allows all methods necessary to make this step easier. |

My main focus will be on developing the 4 basic skills in my students: listening comprehension, reading comprehension, speaking and writing aptitude. My belief is that by consciously training students to acquire all of them at the same time (switching between activities) is the most efficient way to raise the level of the student in all areas and simulate an authentic natural environment in which an average native or near-native speaker has to listen, speak, read or write. |
