Program Description My language classes are designed for people who are interested in learning the fundamentals of one of the many Ethiopian languages - Amharic. The lessons are specifically designed to provide learners a firm grasp of both written and spoken Amharic. I use a variety of educational tools, from traditional classroom materials and audio-visual aids, to facilitate learning Amharic as effectively as possible. Teaching Experience I have been teaching Amharic to both young children and adults for over 5 years. I hold a weekly children's Amharic class in our local community rec center and have been for over 3 years. Teacher Training I have degrees in engineering, computer science, and masters in business. I also have studied several languages including French, Italian, and Japanses and I feel that I have found tools for make learning a new language easier.
