Teaching approach:	The approach I have to teaching is similar to one I use myself in learning languages. Student centered lessons with lots of teacher guidance and motivation. Students' autonomy is a goal to work toward in language learning, and their participation in the learning process at every level is important. If students can have a chance to interact with the lesson (or teacher) by in part deciding on what the lesson will entail, they will naturally have more motivation in learning. This also makes the whole process more enjoyable for the student and teacher. Giving the student the necessary tools to deliver and decipher a message is a first step, at any level. Once this is done, presenting them with an opportunity to use this knowledge is crucial to developing fluency, whether it be a student mastering a basic greeting, or debating about religious theories, the process must be adapted and used.
