First I evaluate the student with reference to his/her competence in vocabulary, basic grammar and language sense as a whole.
Based this assessment, I design a study schedule for a week.
If things work out well, I continue the schedule. Otherwise I make appropriate changes and test it again.
My over all emphasis is to develop a basic language sense and the ability to use it as a tool of effective communication.
