Teaching approach:	If I was to teach in Tec de Monterrey I’d like to utilize the methods that’s I’ve found productive both as a learner and a teacher. First of all, it is crucial to let the students know how important practicing is in order to develop the ability of learning a new language. Languages are like sports, you need to keep on practicing in order to stay fit and build up resistance or endurance. At the beginning of each lesson, I would explain to the students what the learning objective for the day is. (i.e. students will be able to form sentences in the simple past, present perfect, present tense and future tense). • Classes need to be dynamic, fun and communicative in order for students to get the best learning outcome. • Visual aids are very important in order to help students get a visual image about the objects the teacher is talking about. • If the teacher speaks English at all times, it will train the students’ ears to the sounds of the words and they will genuinely understand ...
