A very Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening,
My name is Romil, I'm an Indian who has learnt French for 11 years and taught French in the past to people in India. My knowledge includes 5 years of study at a College level, and the remaining at Alliance Francaise.
My teaching experiences includes interacting and teaching with people from various age groups and backgrounds - a businessman and his wife, an MBA student, grade 9 student, grade 12 student and many more.
I currently teach French to school children and Businessmen in Dubai.
If you are someone who needs help with French, needs to learn basic and conversational skills, needs to migrate to a French speaking country, has a child who needs help with the language for school, is bored at home and wants to learn the language for fun or any other reason, then I'm willing to teach you to the best of my ability! My name is Jake and I am from the UK. I am a qualified English and French teacher with over 7 years experience in the Middle East and Europe. I use an active approach which means that you put into practice what you learn in real life conversations. I work on all 4 skill: speaking, listening, reading, writing.
Private and semi-private lessons take place at the student's home or in JLT.
Cost: Private 230 AED per hour; Semi-private ( 2 or 3 students) 120 AED per student per hour
Group lessons take place in a conference room next to Jebel Ali ( just after Ibn Battuta), between 5 and 8 students per group. Price - 90 AED per hour
Being completely bilingual English / French I also teach French conversation lessons. I lived for 15 years in France and have successfully taught both languages for many years.

My teaching method is first of all to put my students in a confortable situation and to understand for each person the real needs. I don't use only books, but create also schemes and excercises by myself that can help my students. Furthermore I like using newspapers, magazines, song lyrics, movies...everything can help my students not to get bored but to have a closer relation with the new language in all its aspects. So we won't only make grammar excercises! |
